The Role
We seek an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives for leading international and local banks, insurance companies, and payment service providers. You will work on high-impact projects that reshape the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and validate business requirements using user stories, epics, and features in Jira
- Elicit requirements through strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement
- Constructively challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers to ensure alignment with product roadmap and business outcomes
- Collaborate within Agile delivery environments to support digital transformation programmes
- Leverage domain expertise in Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security/Authentication
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in digital transformation programmes in Banking (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Jira for requirements documentation
- Strong domain knowledge in at least 1–2 areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security/Authentication
- Agile delivery environment experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement validation skills
