The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives for leading international and local banks, insurance companies, and payment service providers. You will work on high-impact projects that are reshaping the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and validate business requirements through user stories, epics, and features in Jira
- Elicit comprehensive requirements by asking clarifying questions and engaging stakeholders effectively
- Challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers constructively to ensure alignment with product roadmap and business outcomes
- Collaborate within Agile delivery environments to support transformation programmes
- Apply deep domain expertise to drive innovation and delivery excellence
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Mandatory: Prior experience on digital transformation programmes in banking
- Proficiency in Jira for requirements documentation
- Strong domain knowledge in at least 1–2 areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security/Authentication
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to construct effective business questions and validate requirements
