Role Purpose

As a Procurement Specialist, you will advance Capco's procurement function from operational and transactional towards a strategic, value-driven business function. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) across procurement operations, supplier governance, risk management, systems optimization and commercial controls, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement maturity, operational efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of scalable procurement practices and governance frameworks
• Develop procurement policies, processes and controls aligned with organizational strategy
• Manage supplier governance and risk management across global procurement operations
• Optimize procurement systems and drive digital transformation initiatives
• Establish and maintain commercial controls and compliance standards
• Act as subject matter expert and thought leader in procurement best practices
• Collaborate with Global Procurement Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 7–10 years in procurement, supply chain or corporate services
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement operations and supplier management
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, risk and compliance
• Experience with procurement systems optimization and process improvement
• Strategic thinking with ability to influence organizational change
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
