About the Role
As a Care Admin Specialist, you will support our organization's operations by ensuring accurate and complete patient data, facilitating information transfer between systems, and providing administrative support to admissions and clinical teams. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and efficiency across departments. Success is measured by productivity, task completion, and your ability to prioritize high-priority work.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Review and Transfer: Review and transfer patient data accurately and efficiently between Salesforce and medical records systems, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards.
- Patient Chart Maintenance: Maintain patient charts and records with complete, up-to-date documentation organized according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Data Entry and Management: Enter and update patient information in databases and electronic health record systems. Monitor data integrity, identify discrepancies, and resolve errors promptly.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to admissions and clinical teams, including scheduling coordination and documentation assistance.
