About the Role

As Care Coach Lead, you will oversee a team of care coaches and ensure the delivery of exceptional, compassionate care to our clients. You will provide guidance and mentorship to your team, support their professional development, and maintain high care standards while collaborating with clinical teams to help clients navigate their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in daily responsibilities
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture emphasizing open communication, respect, and mutual support
  • Ensure care coaches meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality, client-centered care
  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s to provide ongoing feedback and professional support
  • Review care coach performance, client outcomes, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training of new care coaches

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a Crisis position
  • Prior management experience in a KPI-driven environment
  • Availability for evenings (until 9 p.m. MST) and Saturdays
  • Clinical background or licensure preferred
