Role Overview
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Study Feasibility & Clinical Partnerships, the Associate Director provides strategic leadership for protocol and site feasibility across the Care Access Site Network. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical vendor partnerships that support organizational objectives, shaping feasibility strategy and ensuring robust site evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead identification, sourcing, qualification, onboarding, negotiation, and performance management of key clinical vendors
- Guide data-driven feasibility assessments across the site network in partnership with Business Development, SSU, Finance, and Site Operations
- Develop and execute cost-effective procurement strategies that align with organizational goals
- Strengthen contractual and operational frameworks ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance
- Supervise and mentor Feasibility Managers and Vendor Acquisition Managers, fostering a high-performing team environment
- Promote professional development through training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Cultivate high-impact vendor partnerships that enable successful study execution and organizational growth
- Contribute to continuous departmental improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
You bring strategic leadership experience in clinical research operations, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. You excel at data-driven decision-making, contract negotiation, and building high-performing teams. Experience in clinical trial feasibility, site network management, or healthcare vendor partnerships is valued.
