About the Role
As the Care Coach Lead, you will oversee a team of care coaches and ensure the delivery of exceptional, compassionate care to our clients. This role combines direct service with leadership responsibilities, requiring you to guide your team's professional development while maintaining high standards of client care. You will collaborate with clinical teams to support clients throughout their mental health journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in their daily responsibilities
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture emphasizing open communication, respect, and mutual support
- Ensure care coaches meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality, client-centered care
- Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 check-ins to provide ongoing feedback and professional development support
- Support continuous program improvement by reviewing care coach performance, client outcomes, and feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in onboarding and training new care coaches
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in a Crisis position
- Proven prior management experience
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
- Availability for evening hours (until 9 p.m. MST) and Saturdays
- Clinical background or licensure (preferred)
