About the Role
As a Care Coach Lead, you will oversee a team of care coaches and ensure the delivery of exceptional, compassionate care to our clients. This role combines direct service with leadership responsibilities, providing guidance and mentorship while collaborating with clinical teams to support clients' mental health journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in daily responsibilities
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture emphasizing communication, respect, and mutual support
- Ensure care coaches meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality, client-centered care
- Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s to provide ongoing feedback and development support
- Review care coach performance, client outcomes, and feedback to identify improvement areas
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of new care coaches
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a Crisis position
- Prior management experience
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
- Availability for evenings (until 9 p.m. MST) and Saturdays
- Clinical background or licensure preferred
