Senior Content Strategist

About the Role

Chime is building a world-class member support organization guided by three core principles: frictionless products using member insights, self-service and automated capabilities, and excellent support when members need direct assistance.

As a Senior Content Strategist, you'll lead efforts to build and improve content that helps members and agents quickly resolve issues. You'll partner cross-functionally to shape content supporting product and support strategies, working across member-facing help articles and internal agent SOPs. This high-impact, high-visibility position requires managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial Governance & Quality Standards:

• Assess content efficacy using existing metrics and establish accountability frameworks, leveraging AI solutions where valuable
• Own content strategy for designated lines of business and partner with writing teams to ensure execution against quality standards
• Manage agent feedback on designated content and ensure processes enable SLA achievement and article improvements
• Review editorial processes and identify opportunities to enable higher-quality content at speed and scale

Monitoring, Reporting & Accountability:

• Partner with Insights and Data teams to build dashboards and tooling for automated governance mechanisms
• Deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights driving impact for agents, members, and Chime

Continuous Improvement:

• Apply established standards to drive team reinforcement and measurable improvements in core support metrics
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the content experience and support organization effectiveness
