Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit top-tier talent for pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for specialized scientific and technical positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job opening to offer stage
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture fit

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors

- Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Professional communication and negotiation abilities
