Specialized Talent Sourcer

Cielo2 is seeking a Specialized Talent Sourcer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across specialized domains to support our recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using advanced research techniques and recruiting tools
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for specialized skill sets and roles
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Screen candidates and assess fit for specific technical and professional requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand talent needs
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and documentation
• Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline development

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or technical recruiting
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
• Strong research and online investigation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to identify specialized talent across various industries and technical domains
• Familiarity with Boolean search and advanced LinkedIn searching techniques
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
