About This Role

The Strategy & Operations Senior Associate is an experienced generalist role suited for versatile, resourceful problem-solvers who thrive across multiple domains. You'll tackle diverse challenges, adapt quickly, and drive impact across the organization.

Your initial focus will be on the Billing team, though specific projects depend on your strengths and our evolving priorities. Example initiatives include:

• Build predictive analytics models to identify high-risk payers early and inform contracting and risk mitigation decisions
• Research, vet, and onboard AI-powered vendors for customer-facing collections efforts
• Redesign payment conversion processes to accelerate cash flow—e.g., migrating check-paying customers to eCheck
• Lead and manage teams of Billing Account Managers

Billing Team Context

Our immediate priority is maximizing profitability by collecting revenue quickly while minimizing losses and preserving customer experience. Clipboard operates with a lending-like model: we pay healthcare professionals immediately after shifts, then receive payment from workplaces 30+ days later. This requires strong cash management to fuel our capital-intensive growth.

You'll ensure high-quality, sustainable growth by optimizing billing operations, customer relationships, and financial risk management.
