The Role

We're hiring a Technical Support Engineer to sit at the intersection of Support, Engineering, and Product. You'll own the investigation, reproduction, and agent-assisted fix implementation of technical issues, transforming customer reports into validated, production-ready work for Engineering review. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for people who love solving hard problems and getting to root cause.

What You'll Do

• Monitor escalation channels and Technical Support queue in Zendesk, identifying systemic problems early
• Investigate complex product, platform, and data-layer issues using Datadog, internal dashboards, and SQL—reproducing bugs and producing evidence-backed escalations to Engineering
• Handle live incidents end-to-end: detect, respond with urgency, coordinate across Support/Engineering/Product, and maintain clear stakeholder communication
• Implement fixes where appropriate, testing changes before handing off to Engineering for final review and sign-off
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and post-incident reviews, turning each issue into learnings that reduce recurrence and improve monitoring
• Maintain operational workflows (geofence, facility quizzes, NFC) accurately while spotting trends for prevention
• Capture investigative learnings in troubleshooting guides and documentation; submit structured proposals that turn recurring patterns into scalable solutions
