About the Role

We seek a Country Leader to drive India market strategy, lead enterprise expansion, and scale our local organization. This broad business generalist role spans pre- and post-sales, HR, finance, and operations across the SAARC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through leadership, organizational planning, and execution of regional go-to-market programs (sales, customer success, solutions engineering, business development, support, and field marketing)
• Spearhead regional growth strategy by securing top-tier enterprise accounts and expanding customer footprint across untapped markets
• Lead end-to-end integration of the partner ecosystem into market strategy
• Recruit, inspire, mentor, and build operational rigor into the sales organization to capitalize on India market opportunity
• Serve as local point person for all functions in SAARC, including Product and Engineering
