About the Role

As a Customer Engineer, you represent the core driver of Cloudflare's technical go-to-market strategy. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor who owns the relationship from initial discovery through long-term adoption and account expansion. Sitting within the GTM organization and reporting to the Regional Customer Engineering Leader, you operate as a quota-carrying technologist, utilizing AI-augmented workflows to focus on high-value architectural design and measurable business outcomes across the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across Cloudflare's Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Trusted Advisory: Maintain continuous, deep relationships with key stakeholders from initial onboarding through maturity, renewal, and expansion phases.
• Strategic Alignment: Own the long-term technical roadmap and strategic initiatives that drive customer value and business growth.
