Principal Full Stack Developer (TypeScript)

Your Mission

Act as a technical leader shaping the future of our platform and mentoring engineers around you. You'll tackle ambiguous and challenging technical problems, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and built for the long term.

Your mission includes:

• Driving the technical vision and architecture for our core product, working closely with our ML team to integrate new AI features.
• Leading the design and execution of large-scale technical projects, such as evolving our monorepo strategy or migrating core services to new architectures.
• Mentoring other senior engineers, elevating team skills through code reviews, architectural guidance, and establishing best practices.
• Partnering with product and engineering leadership to identify and de-risk technical challenges in the product roadmap for the next 1–2 years.

Your Profile

We're seeking a seasoned technical leader passionate about building great products and teams. You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in software engineering, with a proven track record architecting and delivering complex, scalable web applications.
• Deep, system-level expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with the ability to reason about the entire stack from database to browser.
• A history of leading complex technical projects and making critical architectural decisions.
• A passion for mentoring and technical leadership, helping other engineers grow and elevating the technical bar.
• Excellent English communication skills, articulating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
