Data Analyst (Polish)

About the Role

Lightcast is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with strong Polish language skills to support the expansion of our global product features. In this full-time independent contractor position, you will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver accurate, high-quality data to our customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze multilingual outputs to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Improve classification performance through rigorous testing and validation
• Support taxonomy translation projects, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
• Contribute to parser development and refinement for Polish language processing
• Maintain detailed documentation of findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data improvements
• Identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets
• Provide feedback on data processing workflows and suggest optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish language proficiency – essential for accurate data analysis and taxonomy translation
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work with structured and unstructured data
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to data accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
• Strong communication skills for documenting findings and insights
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multilingual data analysis or international projects
• Familiarity with taxonomy development or classification systems
• Knowledge of parser development or NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts
• Previous contractor or freelance work experience
• Background in data validation, quality assurance, or similar roles
