About This Role
As Senior Manager, Emergency Cash Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to Emergency Cash (EC) leadership. GiveDirectly is scaling emergency response operations to reach more people faster with cash assistance after a crisis. Our belief is that rapid cash assistance is more effective and dignified than in-kind support for most populations in crisis.
You will own critical operating systems and strategic functions that drive organizational effectiveness and impact, including:
- Performance management systems and strategic planning processes
- Key operating mechanisms ensuring visibility into priorities, progress, and outcomes
- Support for EC leadership in scaling operations and building trust across the humanitarian ecosystem
- Clear strategic positioning that enhances influence and credibility
