The Role

We're seeking a KYB Operations Analyst to strengthen our compliance capabilities as we scale. You'll conduct Know Your Business (KYB) reviews on new and existing MoonPay partners, ensuring full regulatory compliance during onboarding and ongoing engagement.

As a subject matter expert in KYB operations, you will:

• Review and assess new and existing partner applications against regulatory standards
• Own operational KYB processes and drive continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving complex compliance cases and escalations
• Build scalable, high-quality due diligence workflows
• Ensure partners engage with MoonPay products in full compliance with licensing requirements

• Strong regulatory knowledge and operational rigor
• Curiosity about web3 and crypto ecosystems
• Ability to design and scale compliance processes
• Experience with KYB, AML, or similar compliance operations (a plus)
• Comfort using AI tools as a default part of daily work

Compensation Disclosure: MoonPay has not published a salary range for this position. The estimated range of $85,000–$130,000 USD annually is an editorial market estimate based on comparable KYB/compliance analyst roles in crypto and fintech, considering India-based remote work. Actual compensation may vary significantly based on experience, qualifications, location tax treatment, and company discretion. Please confirm final offer details with the employer.
