Your primary responsibility will be to convert that initial interest into meaningful progress toward homeownership.

Prime engagement happens in the evenings and on weekends, when our top performers do their best work. This flexible schedule allows you to maintain significant control over your calendar while capitalizing on the highest-conversion windows. Success in this role requires strategic time management and a commitment to showing up when it matters most.

• Proven Sales Track Record: Experience excelling in high-volume sales roles or competitive environments where you've consistently met or exceeded performance targets
• Phone Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close sales through phone conversations
