Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking & Reservation Management:

• Book accommodations across major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and similar platforms
• Ensure all bookings precisely align with client preferences, budgets, travel dates, and specific requirements
• Manage the full lifecycle of reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and customer communications
• Maintain detailed records and confirmations for all booking transactions
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Team Expansion & Affiliate Recruitment:

• Identify and recruit potential individuals interested in becoming travel booking specialists
• Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under an attractive commission-based compensation model
• Onboard new team members with comprehensive training on booking procedures and OTA platform navigation
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members successfully complete bookings
• Track team performance metrics, monitor transaction success rates, and maintain accountability standards
