About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Global Revenue Enablement Manager to serve as a strategic bridge between global leadership, cross-functional partners, and frontline GTM teams. This position is designed for a people-first leader who excels at cross-company communication and can translate complex AI initiatives into actionable, human-centric sales strategies.

While this role has a global scope, you will be the primary enablement partner for the US region, focusing on building deep relationships with leadership to drive alignment. Your mission is to ensure that AI-driven initiatives are integrated into the daily habits and culture of Business Development (BD), Account Executive (AE), and Account Management (AM) teams—not merely deployed as tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Initiative Leadership: Lead the rollout of AI-driven enablement programs with a focus on "human-in-the-loop" adoption. Ensure teams understand how to use AI to enhance their EQ and relationship-building capabilities rather than replace human judgment.
  • Cross-Company Orchestration: Act as the central nervous system between Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations. Facilitate critical feedback loops to ensure global strategies translate effectively for US field teams.
  • Relationship-Centric Enablement: Move beyond content distribution to build a culture of continuous learning through high-touch coaching, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and executive alignment sessions.
  • Strategic US Regional Ownership: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for US GTM leaders, ensuring their unique challenges are heard and addressed within the global enablement framework.
  • Sales Acceleration: Develop and implement enablement strategies that improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and team productivity across the US region.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track enablement effectiveness through KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership on program impact and ROI.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership, or GTM Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing large-scale sales enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in sales and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Track record of building scalable enablement frameworks that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional teams and initiatives
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
