As a Senior Business Analyst / System Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders across various departments and organizational levels. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technical architectures to drive meaningful organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business requirement analysis and document findings in clear, actionable specifications
• Perform system analysis to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Design and propose system solutions aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
• Create detailed functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation
• Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate requirements
• Develop business cases and impact assessments for proposed solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and/or system analysis roles
• Proven track record managing complex requirements for enterprise-level projects
• Strong knowledge of systems analysis methodologies and frameworks
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and documentation platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IIBA Certification (CCBA, CBA, or CBAP) or equivalent
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL basics
