About the Role
The Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Strategic Growth Department. You will drive accountability, CRM ownership, reporting, performance analytics, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and operational excellence across the recruiting and expansion organization.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure the Growth team operates efficiently, follows process, leverages technology effectively, and has the data necessary to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Ownership & Administration: Serve as primary owner of the Growth Department CRM, managing configuration, user setup, permissions, workflows, automations, and system enhancements
- Monitor CRM adoption, compliance, and data integrity across the department
- Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into team activity and performance metrics
- Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and automation
- Create and maintain CRM training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices documentation
- Train, onboard, and support all users on CRM functionality and departmental processes
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI tracking for Growth Department initiatives
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for executive review
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to drive team performance
- Operational Support: Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics for Growth Department leadership and team events
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation standards
- Support recruiting and expansion initiatives with data management and administrative coordination
