Why This Role Matters

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Go-to-Market, you'll be the engine behind scaling Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success teams. You'll own the recruiting process end-to-end, partner with GTM leadership, and play a defining role in shaping the future of the organization at a hypergrowth AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Enablement)
  • Actively source and engage top candidates beyond passive applicant tracking
  • Design interview processes that are fair, fast, and focused on quality outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Deliver world-class candidate experience that reflects positively on Tabs brand
  • Champion recruiting best practices and build a scalable hiring foundation
  • Extend and negotiate offers with top performers

About You

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally with GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
  • Builder mindset: excited to shape processes and set high talent standards
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and create structure from ambiguity
  • Track record of closing top-tier talent and delivering results under pressure
