As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Go-to-Market, you'll be the engine behind scaling Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success teams. You'll own the recruiting process end-to-end, partner with GTM leadership, and play a defining role in shaping the future of the organization at a hypergrowth AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Enablement)
Actively source and engage top candidates beyond passive applicant tracking
Design interview processes that are fair, fast, and focused on quality outcomes
Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Deliver world-class candidate experience that reflects positively on Tabs brand
Champion recruiting best practices and build a scalable hiring foundation
Extend and negotiate offers with top performers

About You

5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally with GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
Builder mindset: excited to shape processes and set high talent standards
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and create structure from ambiguity
Track record of closing top-tier talent and delivering results under pressure
