The-Flex is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to manage travel bookings across major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and lead team expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Travel Booking & Reservation Management
Book accommodations, flights, and travel-related services across leading platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other major Online Travel Agencies
Ensure all bookings precisely align with client preferences, budget constraints, and scheduling requirements
Manage complete reservation lifecycle including modifications, cancellations, and customer service follow-ups
Maintain accurate booking documentation and client communication records
Coordinate with travel service providers to resolve issues and optimize client experiences
Monitor booking confirmations and ensure timely delivery of travel itineraries to clients
Team Expansion & Affiliate Recruitment
Identify and prospect potential candidates capable of assisting with travel booking operations
Effectively promote the travel assistant opportunity and commission-based business model to prospective recruits
Onboard new team members with comprehensive training on OTA platforms and booking procedures
Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure recruits successfully complete bookings and maintain quality standards
Track affiliate performance metrics and transaction completion rates
Manage performance expectations and ensure consistent client satisfaction across your recruited team
Build and nurture relationships with top performers to encourage retention and growth
Compensation Structure
This position operates on a commission-based model designed to reward performance and incentivize growth:
Earn commission for each successful travel booking you personally complete
Receive additional commission for every new team member you recruit who successfully completes bookings
