Part-Time Virtual Travel Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter

About This Role

The-Flex seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to manage travel bookings across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and build a distributed team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about travel, networking, and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking & Management

• Book accommodations, flights, and travel services on platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and similar OTAs
• Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed

Team Expansion & Recruitment

• Identify and recruit potential travel booking assistants
• Promote commission-based opportunities to expand the team
• Onboard new team members and provide guidance on OTA booking processes
• Track team performance and ensure successful transactions and client satisfaction

Compensation Structure

• Commission per successful booking
• Additional commission for each newly recruited team member who completes bookings
