Part-Time Virtual Travel Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter

About This Role

The-Flex is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to manage travel bookings across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and expand our team. This is an ideal remote position for travel enthusiasts who thrive in dynamic, flexible work environments.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking & Management:

• Book accommodations on major OTA platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and similar services
• Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed

Team Expansion & Recruitment:

• Identify and recruit potential individuals to assist with travel bookings
• Promote commission-based opportunities to prospective team members
• Onboard new recruits and provide guidance on effective OTA booking practices
• Track performance metrics and ensure successful transactions and client satisfaction

Compensation Structure

• Commission per successful booking completed
• Additional commission for each newly recruited team member who completes bookings
