The Role

As Director of Conservative Content, you'll lead our US conservative strategy and communications team. You'll drive a national conservative communications strategy that builds our brand narrative, secures top-tier media coverage, and fosters trust and engagement through high-impact storytelling and media relationships.

This is a key position within our Communications team, focused on engaging conservative audiences and shifting brand perception by highlighting campaigns they care about and building participation on our platform.

Key Outcomes

  • Design and drive strategic brand narrative development to resonate with conservative audiences
  • Set and lead a national conservative media engagement strategy to secure top-tier coverage across channels and outlets
  • Oversee high-impact pitches that shape public discourse and drive awareness, adoption, engagement and trust
  • Maintain and grow a global network of high-leverage media relationships across editors, producers, journalists, influencers, and podcasters
