The Role

As VP of AI Strategy, you will report to our COO and serve as a key member of our executive team. You'll develop and drive the organization's AI strategy and transformation, ensuring all teams effectively leverage AI for step-change improvements in work quality and velocity.

Key Outcomes

• Develop and communicate an AI strategy with wide organizational alignment and support
• Build and maintain an iterative roadmap of AI transformation initiatives across teams
• Develop a robust AI learning program with regular training and team-relevant demos
• Infuse the organization with frequent insights into AI developments and emerging capabilities
• Own the AI transformation operating cadence—run meetings and forums (AI-Exec, AI-PD, working groups) that keep teams aligned on sequencing and dependencies
• Listen proactively to individual contributors before recommending changes; map actual versus perceived AI adoption and deliver candid recommendations
• Partner with Engineering on tooling operations and keep the organization current on the AI tooling landscape
• Stand up the organization's first AI adoption and impact measurement framework
• Build strong working relationships with existing AI leads as a strategic thought partner
