The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full marketing function and lead Convoso's transition from a growth-stage company to a category-defining market leader. This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced builder who has scaled comparable companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish clear, differentiated market positioning
• Build a predictable demand generation engine from the ground up
• Ensure consistent messaging across the full go-to-market motion
• Lead marketing function to scale company to $100M+ ARR
• Leverage AI and agentic tools to maximize output without linear headcount growth

What You Bring

• Experience: 10+ years of marketing leadership with proven track record scaling SaaS companies from $20M to $100M+ ARR
• Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and complex performance marketing
• Track Record: Success building and scaling marketing functions at comparable growth stages
• Leadership Style: Builder mentality; hands-on approach rather than managing existing systems

Work Environment

Most roles at Convoso function as hybrid with opportunities for travel to in-person business events and company meetings. Remote team members are currently employed across multiple U.S. states including CA, TX, NY, FL, CO, and others.
