The Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute a product roadmap for RoadieXD™, our innovative cross-dock solution. You will own a functional area of RoadieXD™ operations while serving as the primary product representative for our Integrations team, ensuring features are effectively communicated to external partners. This is an opportunity to shape the future of crowdsourced delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Lead to shape vision, priorities, and day-to-day execution of the RoadieXD™ product roadmap
• Engage regularly with internal stakeholders (Operations, Support, Finance) and external partners to understand goals, uncover root problems, and identify improvement opportunities
• Act as subject matter expert for the Integrations team, clearly articulating how RoadieXD™ features work and ensuring partners understand product logic and capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Data Science, and UX to bring product initiatives to life and navigate technical implementation details
• Translate insights from stakeholders, data analytics, and operations into clear product direction and actionable strategic plans
• Travel as needed to warehouse locations to gain firsthand understanding of operations and inform product decisions

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful products and features
• Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience with logistics, supply chain, operations, or marketplace platforms (preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to balance competing priorities
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—for internal and external audiences
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
