Sales and Account Management Specialist

About This Role

Scale Army Careers is building a talent pipeline for Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) to join our growing sales team. This is an ongoing recruitment initiative for motivated sales professionals ready to drive new business or manage existing client relationships.

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. As this role supports U.S.-based clients, you must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with your client's time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Clients: Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Sales & Growth: Support acquisition of new clients and retention of existing accounts through exceptional service.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to align on client needs, expectations, and goals.
• Customer Success: Help clients achieve their goals through proactive communication and engagement.
• Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline independently and prioritize tasks to meet performance goals.
