About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Solution Consultant, Post-Sales to support the successful onboarding and early success of clients using Socure's identity verification and fraud prevention platform. In this role, you'll work closely with technical and customer-facing teams to guide implementation, provide technical assistance, and ensure a smooth customer experience during early adoption. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, client-facing experience, and a desire to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Support & Onboarding

  • Assist with onboarding efforts for new clients, helping configure and deliver Socure's platform according to customer needs
  • Support technical integrations by working with client teams and providing input on best practices
  • Contribute to early-stage client success by ensuring solutions are implemented effectively

Technical Assistance & Client Support

  • Troubleshoot technical issues during early deployment stages in coordination with Support and Customer Success teams
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure client questions are addressed quickly and thoroughly
  • Participate in ongoing optimization efforts to improve the client experience

Configuration & Customization

  • Gather and document technical and functional requirements from clients
  • Translate client workflows into effective product configurations
  • Assist in resolving integration or product issues, escalating as needed

Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training materials tailored to client technical teams
  • Support client success through documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Help clients maximize value from the Socure platform

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to understand platform capabilities and customer needs
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to improving onboarding processes and customer success outcomes

What We're Looking For

You bring a combination of technical knowledge, customer-facing expertise, and problem-solving skills. You're comfortable working with APIs and technical integration concepts, have experience in post-sales or customer success roles, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You're also eager to learn about identity verification, fraud prevention, and the broader fintech ecosystem.
