Manager - Monetized Policy Operations, Global Lead

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Monetization Policy Operations team within the Trust & Safety division. This is a pivotal leadership position where you'll drive the development and refinement of our monetized policy operations function, ensuring consistent enforcement of advertising and monetization policies that impact users, creators, and advertisers across our entire platform—spanning music, podcasts, and user-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of operations specialists responsible for enforcing ads and monetization policies at scale across the Spotify platform
• Policy Enforcement: Oversee the enforcement of advertising and monetization policies, handling both routine operations and complex, time-sensitive escalations
• Internal & External Support: Support inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners, managing escalations with professionalism and strategic insight
• Cross-Functional Strategy: Collaborate with teams across the organization to build and implement strategy for ads and monetization moderation
• Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in vendor operations, tooling, and product support to enhance team efficiency and policy effectiveness
• Ambiguity Navigation: Thrive in a dynamic environment by identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving solutions through cross-team collaboration

What We're Looking For

You are a skilled leader with a proven track record of managing teams in complex, high-stakes environments.
