Sales Development Representative - Bilingual Spanish and Italian (UK Remote)

About the Role

Turnitin is seeking a Sales Development Representative with fluency in Spanish and Italian to join our remote sales team. This is a full-time position focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and outreach to potential customers in Spanish and Italian-speaking regions
• Qualify leads and build relationships with decision-makers
• Support the sales pipeline through initial research, outreach, and engagement
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities through the sales process
• Meet and exceed monthly activity and conversion targets

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Spanish and Italian (required)
• English proficiency (professional level)
• Sales development or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfort with CRM platforms and sales tools
• Experience prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
