Role Overview

The Analyst, Financial Operations is a key member of the Financial Operations team responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations activities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cash application, payment tracking, reconciliations, reporting, and operational accounting support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day transaction processing, including preparing and reviewing vendor bills and customer invoices
  • Provide sponsor billing support and manage payment records and documentation
  • Process sales orders, project records, and maintain account documentation
  • Conduct variance research and financial reconciliations
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Clinical Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Delivery, Vendors, and Customers to ensure proper documentation and system accuracy
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and follow established procedures and internal controls
  • Escalate issues appropriately and contribute to accurate reporting and cash flow visibility
  • Support financial data integrity across all operational accounting activities
