ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a mission-driven organization providing ABA services to autistic children under 6 and their families using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. Operating center-based clinics across Massachusetts and Missouri, ANNA is seeking a deeply technical Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve the platform at the heart of clinical and business operations.

Position Overview

As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will own and evolve ANNA's Salesforce ecosystem, built on Lumary (a Salesforce OEM) supporting clinical service delivery, referrals, business development, and operational workflows across markets. This is a technical ownership role—not basic support—requiring deep expertise in configuration, automation, data architecture, security, and system reliability in a regulated, HIPAA-sensitive healthcare environment.

Based in the Philippines with contracted hours anchored to US Eastern Time, you will partner with operations, clinical leadership, and product/engineering teams. You'll ensure Salesforce remains scalable, compliant, and aligned with real-world healthcare workflows, including collaboration on AI-driven capabilities as ANNA builds agentic infrastructure. This role reports directly to the Co-Founder & CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce and Lumary platform stability, performance, and evolution
• Manage complex configuration, automation, and data architecture in a HIPAA-sensitive environment
• Oversee smooth, low-risk Lumary releases and system upgrades
• Ensure high-quality, auditable data across the platform
• Build and maintain trusted reporting used organization-wide
• Partner with internal technology teams on AI and agentic infrastructure initiatives
• Act as technical owner and strategic advisor, not solely a support resource

Compensation & Engagement

• Hourly Rate: $12–$15 USD per hour (based on experience and certifications)
• Guaranteed Retainer: 80 hours per month minimum, billed monthly
• Overage: Additional hours at same rate; pre-approval required above 100 hours/month
• Engagement Type: Independent contractor, remote with core US Eastern hours availability

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience
• Proven expertise with Salesforce OEM platforms or healthcare-specific implementations
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security requirements
• Experience managing complex workflows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and data quality
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfort with US Eastern timezone working hours from Philippines location
