About the Team

The Security Operations Team safeguards Anduril's people, assets, and operations through integrated security solutions. The team encompasses Security Infrastructure, Guard Force Operations, and Crisis Management, with a mission focused on proactive risk management, threat intelligence, investigations, executive protection, and 24/7 global monitoring.

About the Role

As a Global Security Training and Education Manager, you will build and lead comprehensive security education and training programs that strengthen Anduril's security culture. This hands-on leadership role combines adult learning expertise with immersive exercise design to prepare the organization for crisis scenarios and evolving security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Security Education: Design, develop, and own a company-wide security education curriculum. Create engaging training content, e-learning modules, and guides on crisis management, physical security, travel safety, and corporate security topics for all employees.
  • Crisis Exercise Design & Facilitation: Manage end-to-end design, development, and facilitation of multi-tiered crisis exercises. Run small-scale topical drills and large-scale immersive tabletop exercises for Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), Crisis Management Team (CMT), and Senior Leadership.
  • Specialized Response Training: Develop targeted training programs for specialized response teams and support their operational readiness through scenario-based exercises.
  • Security Culture Development: Foster a resilient security-conscious culture across the organization through strategic education initiatives and preparedness programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You bring expertise in adult learning design, crisis management exercises, and organizational security culture development. Your experience includes designing immersive training programs, facilitating executive-level exercises, and translating complex security concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences.

This is a remote-eligible position based in Costa Mesa, California.
