About the Security Operations Team

The Security Operations Team encompasses Security Infrastructure, Guard Force Operations, and Crisis Management. The mission is to safeguard Anduril's people, assets, and operations through integrated security solutions including proactive risk management, crisis preparedness, threat intelligence, investigations, executive protection, and 24/7 global monitoring.

Role Overview

As a Global Security Training and Education Manager, you will drive Anduril's security culture by designing, developing, and leading comprehensive security education and training programs. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in adult learning and immersive exercise design.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Security Education: Design and own a company-wide security education curriculum. Create engaging training content, e-learning modules, and guides on crisis management, physical security, travel safety, and corporate security topics for all employees.
• Crisis Exercise Program: Manage end-to-end design, development, and facilitation of multi-tiered crisis exercises. Run topical drills and large-scale immersive tabletop exercises for Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), Crisis Management Team (CMT), and senior leadership.
• Training Program Development: Create specialized training for response teams and develop scalable, measurable security education initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience.
• Program Assessment: Evaluate training effectiveness and exercise outcomes to continuously improve security preparedness and organizational readiness.

Salary & Location

Position based in Washington, District of Columbia, United States.
