About the Role

Calendly is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives across digital and lifecycle channels. This strategic leader will own web, lifecycle marketing, and upper funnel acquisition, driving measurable business results in a high-growth environment.

What You'll Own

  • Growth Strategy: Partner with Growth Product leadership to define unified company-wide growth strategy, aligning product-led and marketing-led initiatives across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Core Metrics: Own growth KPIs including customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), retention, and revenue contribution.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Build and scale lifecycle strategies that improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement across the customer journey.
  • Channel Expansion: Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities through testing, experimentation, and channel expansion.
  • Planning & Budget: Lead annual and quarterly growth planning, forecasting, and budget allocation aligned with company goals.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Sales, Brand, Analytics, and Finance teams to deliver integrated growth programs.
