About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead media business development initiatives in Mexico. You will drive growth through strategic collaborations, media partnerships, and relationship management while working closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance marketing efforts and align business strategies with market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Media Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure media partnerships to drive business growth. Explore new opportunities and cultivate relationships aligned with strategic and media objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Create and execute compelling promotions and campaigns that enhance user engagement and loyalty across multi-channel platforms for sportsbook and casino players.
  • Brand Oversight: Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent tone of voice across all marketing assets and channels.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key providers, including payment and gaming providers, KYC solution vendors, media agencies, and other stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements.
  • Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Business Intelligence (BI), and Product teams to monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to ensure campaigns are well-communicated, strategically aligned, informed by market trends, and effectively executed.
  • Operational Support: Support management with research, analysis, and planning to drive growth strategies and business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and business development roles
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Proven track record of acquiring and/or selling media properties
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Creative and strategic planning abilities to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns
