Education Sales Lead, MENA (12 Month Contract)

About the Role

Canva is seeking an Education Sales Lead to drive sales growth across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This is a 12-month contract position offering the opportunity to establish and scale Canva's education market presence in a fast-growing territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for the education sector across MENA markets
• Identify, prospect, and close deals with educational institutions, districts, and organizations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and provide feedback
• Create tailored pitches and demonstrations for education buyers
• Track pipeline, forecast, and report on sales metrics and progress

About You

You bring proven B2B sales experience, ideally within education or SaaS sectors. You have deep knowledge of the MENA region, including local market dynamics, buyer behaviours, and decision-making structures. You are fluent in English and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Your ability to manage complex sales cycles, build strategic partnerships, and work independently in a fast-paced environment will set you apart.
