About the Role

As Sales Manager at Cosuno, you'll own the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach through closing deals. You'll drive growth in our contractor division, working with a young, ambitious team that values execution over process. This is a role for makers, not administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead from first contact to signed contract
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and outreach to prospects through cold and warm channels, qualifying genuine opportunities
• Relationship Building: Build trust with potential clients and convert it into closed deals
• Product Demos & Closing: Conduct product presentations and drive deals to completion
• Pipeline Management: Maintain clean, organized opportunity tracking in Salesforce with focus on closing velocity

About You

• Proven B2B sales and acquisition experience
• Driven by targets; ambitious and motivated by success
• Genuine closing mindset—results matter more than process
• Strong communicator across phone, email, and live demos
• Entrepreneurial thinker who brings ideas and pushes team performance
• Flexible in rapidly evolving environments with evolving processes and tools
• Native or fluent German (C2); English a strong plus
