The Role

The Revenue Operations team builds and maintains the systems, data, and processes powering our go-to-market engine. We're seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst, Analytics to join the team reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, focused on partnering with the business to deliver insights that drive measurable revenue growth and operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to elevate reporting, systems, and processes to drive revenue growth and decision-making
• Manage and enhance quote-to-cash processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide the Revenue team with a 360-degree customer view in the CRM, including product usage, customer engagement (support tickets, sales emails, marketing campaigns, attribution), and contract data
• Drive initiatives to improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and CRM governance
• Manage urgent ad hoc operational requests

About You

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related role
• Salesforce expertise; CPQ experience and Admin certification preferred
• Familiarity with GTM tech stacks supporting revenue workflows (CRM, enrichment, engagement, automation, analytics)
• 3+ years of big data experience using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, or writing complex SQL queries
